PURPOSE:To run a material suspended at a predetermined level from a temporary storage in any direction by supporting the base end of an expansion boom at the center of a base, disposing a counter weight at the back, and a load winding winch in the middle, receiving a universal wheel by a carriage at the back of the base, and providing a universal wheel at the front part. CONSTITUTION:The length and hoisting of an expansion boom 18 are preliminarily set corresponding to the suspension height of a material, and the material is suspended by a hook block 25 at a temporary storage. This condition is stable because the suspended material is at the front, with a counter weight 21 disposed symmetrically at the back, and the base end of the boom 18 between them. For turning, a brake for only the universal wheel 31 is preferable, because the base only rotates about a pivotal stop 32 by motion of the center of gravity to process a stress. By pushing the base 19 in this attitude to run by universal wheels 20, 31, it can be moved in all the directions, and the material can be lifted to a predetermined level by a load winding winch 27 for construction.
