STEAM BOILER FOR MASHED SOYBEAN SOUP AND CONTINUOUS STEAMING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To provide the title economical steam boiler capable of push-carrying mashed soybean soup of low fluidity in high efficiency, so designed that a rotary screw is installed in a specific casing and spiral blades around the screw are fitted with plural band-like scraper plates. CONSTITUTION:For example, one end of at least one inner cylinder is provided with an inlet 8, and the other end an outlet 9, thus providing a casing 1 having double cylindrical heating jackets. A rotary screw 6 is then axially installed inside the casing 1 so as to revolve with a slight clearance against the inner peripheral surface of the casing, and plural spiral blades 10 around the screw 6 are fitted with plural band-like scraper plates 11, thus obtaining the objective steam boiler. These steam boilers are longitudinally set in a multi-serial manner and the lower part of one end of the casing is provided with an inlet and the upper part of the other end an outlet, thus constituting the other objective continuous steaming system.
