PURPOSE:To reduce coercive force and magnetostriction, to increase magnetic permeability, and to improve the thermal stability of magnetic properties by incorporating specific amounts of one or more elements among B, Be, Al, Si, Ge, and Sn to an amorphous Co-Zr alloy.
