PURPOSE:To dish up the subject warmed cooked rice, capable of reducing place for cooking rice and manpower without performing rice cooking operation in kitchens by supporting a heat insulating housing rice tub on the top of a cooked rice dishing up machine, opening the bottom plate and then feeding the warmed cooked rice into the aforementioned housing rice tub. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating housing rice tub 1 is received from the outside into a kitchen and supported by the top charging port 6 of a cooked rice dishing up machine 5. The bottom plate 3 of the above-mentioned housing rice tub is then opened to feed the warmed cooked rice in the aforementioned rice tub 1 into the above- mentioned cooked rice dishing up machine 5 to dish up the warmed cooked rice with the cooked rice dishing up machine 5. Furthermore, an apparatus having the following shape is preferably used. The side plate 2, bottom plate 3 and a lid 4 of the aforementioned housing rice tub are formed from a heat insulating material and the bottom plate 3 is slidably supported in the lower end of the side plate 2. Thereby, the bottom of the rice tub 1 is openably and closably formed by sliding of the above-mentioned bottom plate 3. In the state of the bottom plate supported by the top charging port 6 of the cooked rice dishing up machine 5, the bottom plate 3 is slidably held.
