PURPOSE:To make adhesion control effect extremely stable even under a high humidity condition by preparing adhesion control ink using an ionizing radiation curable resin alone or as a main component to apply the same on an adhesive-containing layer and curing the ink layer by the irradiation with ionizing radiation such as electron beam or ultraviolet rays. CONSTITUTION:An adhesion control ink composition is printed on the adhesive- containing layer of a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, for instance and irradiated with ionizing radiation to obtain a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet controlled in adhesive strength. The sheet is folded along the perforation provided to the central part thereof to oppose left and right surfaces thereof and both surfaces are bonded under strong pressure to form a re-releasable postcard. By peeling off the mutually bonded sheet after the part of the perforation is cut off, internal data can be looked and stable peeling-off can be performed even after keeping under a high humidity condition. For example, after the undercoat printing 8 of general data is applied, ultraviolet curable adhesion control ink 3 prepared from pentaerythritol triacrylate is printed on the specific region on an adhesive coated surface 4 in an amount of 1.5g/m2 and a perforaion 6 is further applied to obtain a sheet.
