STIRRING DEVICE FOR SOIL IMPROVEMENT AND SOIL IMPROVING METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE:To pulverize earth and sand to homogenize the mixing with a solidifying material and enhance the quality of a consolidated body by conducting the cutting and pulverization of excavated earth by a pulverizing frame mounted on an excavation rod and a stirring blade protruding in the middle thereof. CONSTITUTION:A stirring device A is formed of a pulverizing frame 2 consisting of pulverizing blades 2a, 2b, connecting materials 2b, 2b, and outer pipes 2c, 2, said frame being mounted to an excavation rod 1 in such a manner as to be rotatable and vertically movable thereto, and a stirring blade 3 protruding in the middle position thereof. When drilling is performed with an excavation bit 5 on its top by the rotation of the excavation rod 1, the excavated earth is finely pulverized by the pulverizing frame 2 and the stirring blade 3 rotating late to the rod 1. Further, the earth is further stirred and mixed together with a solidifying material which is a slurry of soil cement or mortar discharged from the rod 1 top end to construct a consolidated body of good quality.
