摘要

PURPOSE:To enable the title processing method capable of preventing release or breakage of aluminum foil by printing a binder containing a thermoplastic resin and specific amount of thermosetting resin together to a natural fiber product and transferring and fixing an aluminum deposited foil using a transferring machine. CONSTITUTION:A binder consisting a thermoplastic resin and thermosetting resin of 20-40% based on the total amount of the both resin is printed to a natural fiber product by a flat type or roll type transferring machine and an aluminum deposited foil is transferred and fixed through the binder to the fiber product. Thereby transfer processing capable of preventing release between fiber and the foil is made possible. Furthermore, an acrylic acid resin emulsion used as the binder is blended with a melamine based resin used as the crosslinking agent to exhibit function capable of preventing breakage of sizing agent for ground of printing table.
