SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATIC DECISION OF PRESENT WEATHER AND SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATIC DECISION AND MESSAGE OF PRESENT METEOROLOGICAL CONDITION INFORMATION

PURPOSE:To enable objective and prompt recognition of the present meteorological conditions in a remote place by utilization of communication circuits by subjecting various sets of meteorological measurement data and the present weather decided by a computer to voice synthesis and previously storing the same in a voice transmission section. CONSTITUTION:The measurement data by measuring instruments 101-109 on wind directions, wind speeds, dew point temps., rainfall depths, rainfall intensities, sunshine durations, sunshine intensities, sight distances, atm. pressures, etc., are converted 201-209 to BCD signals or analog signals. The data are then stored in a data storage section 302. The processing to decide the present weather based on the measurement data is executed by the microcomputer 3 and the results thereof are stored as voice information in a voice information storage circuit 402 by a voice synthesis circuit 401. The present meteorological information and measurement data are transmitted to the communication circuits 5 and are controlled. The present meteorological conditions of the remote place where there are no meteorological observers are thereby objectively and promptly known.
