AUTOMATIC WELL PATTERN CREATING SYSTEM IN SYMBOLIC DESIGN

PURPOSE:To obtain a system for automatically creating high quality well pattern without describing a well pattern itself by simplifying as much as possible a symbolic diagram by giving an inserting angle as an attribute to symbols indicating contact holes and through holes. CONSTITUTION:A title system comprises a data input part 2 for inputting a symbolic diagram in which an inserting angle is given as an attribute to symbols indicating contact holes and through holes, a design rule input part and analyzer for inputting design rules 6 which are described previously by users, a command input part and analyzer of pattern creating procedures 7 which are described previously by users, a converter for converting a symbolic diagram inputted from the data input part 2 into a real pattern through replacement with a real pattern of symbols and expansion or reduction of designated magnification coefficient, a command executing part for processing a pattern generated by the converter with a command analyzed by a command input part and analyzer to generate a real pattern including a well pattern and a data output part 4 for outputting the generated pattern.
