PURPOSE:To promote the saving or the like of the cost of construction eliminating the necessity for a general step or the like by providing two or more half PC prints to be arranged through a joint on a bottom surface of a hopper forming a tilt surface while introducing prestress to the half PC print. CONSTITUTION:A support, receiving upper and bottom end parts of a half PC print 2, is constructed in a bottom surface side of a hopper 1, thereafter the print 2 is arranged being separated so as to enable a joint to be formed between the two or more prints 2. While on an upper part of the print 2, ribs 4, 4... are arranged along a tilt surface. The hopper 1 constructs its structure by driving concrete C to be deposited in a mold frame with the print 2 serving as the bottom side mold frame and with a stainless steel plate 5 in an upper surface serving as the upper part mold frame, and the concrete is absorbed in its contraction by the joint. Accordingly, preventing the generation of a crack and eliminating the necessity for the bottom part frame, the cost of construction can be reduced.
