PURPOSE:To perform detection mark printing efficiently by providing a constitution in which a printing machine prints a detection mark and a film winding device does not rotate backward due to a one-way clutch, when a parallel chuck is closed. CONSTITUTION:When a parallel chuck is activated to close upper and lower claws 50, a pair of upper and lower printing machines 1 approach each other and upper and lower printing heads 15 print a detection mark. When the claws 50 are opened after printing, the upper and lower printing machines 1 move in a direction array from each other. A rack 611 moves with the printing machines 1 and causes a pinion 612 to rotate in a direction where winding pulleys 41, 42 take up a film. On the other hand, when the claws 50 of the parallel chuck 5 are closed, the rack 611 moves in a direction where it approaches the printing machines 1, together with the latter. The rack 611 causes the pinion 612 to rotate in a reverse direction where the film runs counter to the forward winding of the winding pulleys 41, 42. In this case, the second one-way clutch 622 becomes disengaged with a drive shaft 400 and the pinion 612, while the first one-way clutch on the boss 43 side fixes the drive shaft 400 and the boss 43, so that the winding pulleys 41, 42 do not rotate backward and thus a thermal transfer ribbon 20 does not become slack.
