TRIANGULAR PANEL FOR AIR CYCLE SYSTEM, DOME HOUSE USING THE SAME TRIANGULAR PANEL, AND BUILDING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE:To provide a system which is excellent in structure by a method wherein an outer edge beam is secured to the peripheral edge of the back of an inner wall plate in a triangle in a plane, the interior is filled with a heat insulating material, an air cycle plate is bonded with the upper surface of the heat insulating material, and a breathing layer is further formed on an air cycle plate to form a panel. CONSTITUTION:A triangular panel 1 comprises lower and upper triangular panels 3 and 5. The lower triangular panel 3 is formed such that an outer edge beam 9 in which a bolt hole 8 is formed is secured to the peripheral edge of the back of an inner wall plate 7. In this case, reinforcing materials 11 are located in juxtaposition at the interior of the outer edge beam 9, and gaps provided therebetween are filled with a heat insulating material 13. Meanwhile, the upper triangular panel 5 comprises an air cycle plate 17 and an outer wall plate 19. The air cycle plate 17 is formed with a breathing frame 21 having a notch 21a and a breathing plate 23 formed of foamed polyethylene having columnar projections 23a formed at intervals of a specified distance. This constitution forms a breathing layer 27 being freely breathable in a three-way by means of notches 21a of the breathing plate 21 and protrusions 23a of the breathing plate 23.
