APPARATUS FOR SCRAPING OUT CULTURE MEDIUM

PURPOSE:To surely shake off a culture medium from a culture bottle independently of the nature of the medium by vibrating the culture bottle in combination with the scraping work with a scraping blade. CONSTITUTION:A culture bottle 40 is clamped with a pressing frame 14 and a bottle-month holding frame 16 using a pneumatic cylinder 20. A scraping blade supporting frame 24 is lifted while applying vibration to the pressing frame 14 with a vibrator 12 and a scraping blade 26 is introduced into the culture medium in the culture bottle. The medium scraped off by the rotation of the scraping blade is shaken off downward from the mouth of the vibrating culture bottle.
