PURPOSE:To generate power quiet by providing constitution such that a rotor and a guide are integrally rotated, while stepping up, while rotating an inner rotor by an input 1/10 force applied to an instantaneous center. CONSTITUTION:An outer rotor 23 is connected to a guide 33 by two-point high order contraposition (connection surface with points Q, q) and a crank pin 34, reverse turning force P, applied to the crank pin, is balanced with turning force T=t of the guide, normal pressure by the turning force T.t is maintained by a crankshaft 17 through the crank pin and reaction force N3 of the turning force t is restored to the crank pin. When restoration force H is resonance- stepped up, reaction force NM, applied to the connection point Q of the connection surface of the outer rotor 23 stepped up by step up force PM, is converted to an instantaneous center I and set stationary because of relations where force ratio: u=H/P, force magnification: mu=1/(1-u), mu=P/(P-H), step up force PM=P*mu. In a rotary mechanism placed stationary in this condition, the instantaneous center I is started to move by step up force about 10 times when an inner rotor 12 is rotated by an input M.
