PURPOSE:To keep frequency and voltage constant at all times even at any engine speed (the fluctuation of load) by varying the speed of a generator to the number of revolution based on the output-revolution characteristics of an internal combustion engine corresponding to load in response to the load fluctuation of the generator while adjusting the voltage and frequency of an excitation power supply to an excitation winding for generating a rotating magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:When load connected to an output winding 11 is varied, information from a generator load detector 100 is input automatically to a generate voltage frequency engine output speed regulator 80, the speed of a generator is varied automatically to the number of revolution based on engine characteristics corresponding to the load by an engine rotation controller 120, and the load is burdened. Variable speed information from a tacho-generator 21 is automatically input simultaneously to a regulation 60 for the speed of rotating magnetic field of an excitation-winding, and speed is regulated automatically at all times so that the frequency of the output winding 11 is kept constant. When the fluctuation of voltage detected by a voltage- frequency detector 90 is detected simultaneously by the regulator 80 even at the time of voltage fluctuation, a command is emitted from an excitation voltage regulator 70, and the generator is controlled so that output three-phase AC voltage is kept.
