PURPOSE:To eliminate need for a reception means by kinds of languages by deciding the kind of a language automatically in response to a word uttered at first so as to select a reply means of a relevant language kind. CONSTITUTION:The above system is provided with a word storage means 5, a word collation means 4, and a language deciding means 6, decides the language by the kind of the word uttered at first by a service request party in response to the reception detection of the service request to select a suitable reception means (8-10) of a relevant language kind depending on the result. That is, the deciding means 6 decides the language by the kind of a relevant word in response to the content of the storage means 5 and the result of collation of the collation means 4 and gives the result of decision to a reply means selection means 7, then a selection means 7 such as a selector selects a relevant language kind among the reply means 8-10 for each language kind according to the result of decision of the deciding means 6 and connects it to a reception means 1. Thus, the reply means in response to the language of the request party is selected automatically and it is not required to provide the service reception means to each language kind.
