METHOD FOR PREPARING HYPER- IMMUNIZATION SERUMES AGAINST CUCUMOVIRUS GROUP, TOMATOVIRUS GROUP AND BROAD BEAN WILT VIRUS

The method is applied in plant virusology of ELIZA-kits for quick diagnostics of viruses, causing diseases on plants. It requires a minimum quantity of highly refined virus antigen and the derived hyperimmune serums do not give cross reactions with antigens derived by samples of healthy plants. The method is implemented through immunization under the following scheme: the first two days - in the front eye chamber of rabbits, followed by a muscular injection. On the tenth day - again in the eye chamber, while at the 30th day a busteric venose immunization is carried out. Fourteen days after that, the level of the antibodies is surveyed and the rabbits are deblooded.
