NORTHERN CORRIEDALE BREED SHEEP

Sheep of the "Northern Corriedale" breed have good fleece, combined with rich bulk and lengthy wool. The animals are large framed and of harmonious build, with wide individual parts, a sturdy constitution and bone system. The wool of the head reaches the line of the eyes, and of the legs - to knee level, the jumping joints and even lower. The fleece is of staple texture, well-levelled in length and softness, with luster shine, light-cream to white colour of the fiber. It is soft, elastic and with high yield. The animals are resistant to diseases and are highly fertile.
