摘要

The main disadvantage of the presently known solution of photometric detectors in capillary electrophoretic techniques consists in the fact that the detection cell determined by the fissure has to be small (0.1 to 0.3 mm in the direction of the capillary axis) and the production of such fissure is with regards to its dimensions rather complicated. In case the source of light has to be distant from the detection cell, the luminous flux passing through the fissure has to be very small. The principle of the solution consists in the fact that between the input visor and the capillary tube there is a light focussing ball. The image of the input visor formed by the ball determines the shape and size of the detection cell in the capillary tube. This results in achieving multiple enlargement of the input visor with regards to the fissure, which would otherwise determine the detection cell directly on the capillary tube. This solution increases the luminous flux through the detection cell in comparison to the solution without the ball at the same distance between the source of light and the detection cell.IMAGE
