The device consists of a moveable and an immoveable part. In the immoveable part there is a rail holder (2) enabling angular adjustment of a rail (5). In the moveable part there is a shiftable fixture (13) of a wheel segment (19) secured in the required position by means of screws (18). During application of force on the moveable part in the direction (B) it is possible to detect geometry of the contact surface between the wheel and the rail using one of the known methods.IMAGE
