The proposed reactor comprises a reactor head, driven by a shaft (27) and comprising a rotating disc (50) equipped with concentric rings of teeth (65). These fit into the spaces left by the rings (85) of a stationary disc (51). An inlet opening is provided, pref. at the centre of the stationary disc. A discharge opening is provided at the periphery of the discs. - At least one set of openings 75, 78, 79 are provided for reagent inlet in the stationary disc. These lead to the circular dispersion/mixing/reaction zones (73, 74) and are also connected to external reagent feed pipes (55).
