LEVEL INDICATING MONITOR OF RADIOACTIVE RADIATION WITH MORE TRESHOLD LEVELS

Equipment comprises a radiation detector (1), connected via a condenser (1) and a counter chain (5) to a comparator (6) with adjustable thresholds. The comparator outputs are connected to an `and'-gate (7a). The other input of the 'and'-gate is connected to a timer element (7) which is also connected to the zero setting input of the counter chain. The noval part of the proposed equipment is in the provision of several, differently set, timer elements (7, 8, 9). Their outputs are connected to inputs of 'and'-gates (7a, 8a, 9a). The other inputs of the 'and'-gates are connected together and to the output of the comparator (6). The outputs of the `and'-gates supply the radiation level indicating signals (I, II, N). The timer element corners controlling the measuring cycle are connected together and to the zero-setting-input of the counter chain (5). - The longest time impulse is generated by the timer element (7) with a stable multi-vibrator. The other timer elements (8, 9) are formed by monostable multi-vibrators. - (Dwg.1/1)
