The carbonates in the powder amt. to 30% of the powder wt., and the tube interior is divided by a sepn. wall arrangement in two at least two sector-shaped chambers with equal cross-section. The sepn. wall arrangement is in electrically conductive contact with the casing from which it extends through the tube centre. The tubular casing comprises two halves with half-moon-shaped cross-section, which with their plain sides located against one another, with the laves welded together along their periphery. The sepn. wall arrangement at its centre is reinforced with a material accumulation, whereby the ratio between the sepn. wall volume and the casing volume per length unit is greater than 0.8. Between the plain surfaces of the casing halves is a centrally laid wire-shaped profile which is in electrical contact with the sepn. wall.
