Recesses for vertical columns are made in the vertical side (3) of the wall block, and with the setting out of adjacent blocks a mould is formed for supporting columns, and the wall joints (5) are sealed. Likewise, recesses for horizontal joists are formed in the wall block top side (2, 4), and constitute a crosswise mould for casting beams over openings and support for joists and roof trusses (5, 6).
