MODULAR ELEVATOR CAB CONSTRUCTIONAbstract of The DisclosureA modular elevator cab construction is providedfor assembly onto a platform of an elevator cage substan-tially from within the area of the cab. A rear wall panel,two side wall panels and front wall structures are assembledby simple complementary interengaging hanger devices on thebackside of the adjacent walls for assembling the walls inproper right-angular juxtaposition. Anchoring mechanismsare provided between the platform and the lower edges of thewall panels. A drop ceiling support framework is hung fromthe top edges of the surrounding, assembled walls withoutthe use of extraneous fastening means. A unitary canopystructure surmounts the walls and ha a skirt embracing theupper end portions of the walls.
