The invention relates to novel intermediates of formula II useful in the preparation of sulphonylaminocarbonyltriazolinones having substituents bonded via oxygen and to salts thereof and to processes for preparing the intermediates. A compound of formula II is a triazolinone of the general formula (II) IMG (II) in which R1 represents amino, C1-C4-alkyl which is optionally substituted by fluorine, cyano, methoxy or ethoxy, or represents allyl, C3-C6-cycloalkyl, benzyl, phenyl, C1-C3-alkylamino, C3-C6-cycloalkylamino or di-(C1-C3-alkyl)-amino, and R2 represents C3-C6-cycloalkyl, or represents phenyl or benzyl which is optionally substituted by fluorine, chlorine and/or methyl.
