Printed circuit boards (5) for radio frequency circuits are disposed on the four surfaces of a die-cast casing, and a printed circuit board (1) for supplying power to the boards (5) is disposed on an opposed surface to the input portion of a waveguide in order to supply power without using lead wires. Therefore, electromagnetic coupling between the boards can be prevented and electromagnetic coupling occurring between the radio frequency signal and lead wires in each board can be eliminated. Therefore, the generation of unnecessary waves can be suppressed.
