The present invention is to provide a basic formula of an active layout drawing in skirts tailoring and more particularly a basic formula to make use of all the data obtained from the measure around the waist line, the measure around the abdomen, the measure around the hip, and the measure of the length of the skirt for making an active layout drawing to fit all kinds of figures of the body.
