Squeegee and scraping device for the application of flowable substances on platform substrates, comprising a profiled doctor band (2) and a scraping element (4-28-30-29), a magnetic system (8) being assigned thereto (4-28-29-30), the spatial arrangement, the strength and magnetic field strength generated by this system (8) defining the position of the scraper (4-28-29-30) which direction is, moreover, controlled by means of the magnetically fixed location and by means of mounting elements, thus giving the scraper (4-28-29-30) a limited mobility area.
