Quick-change clamping device, particularly for clamping disk-shaped tools to the drive spindle of a hand tool

A quick-acting clamping device (10) for fastening a disc-shaped tool to the drive spindle of a powered hand tool has a nut (11) with a pressure plate (15) axially supported on it and a hand-screw part (20) which surrounds both the nut (11) and the pressure plate (15), the said elements forming an annular space (21) in between in which spherical rolling bodies (22) are contained which bear against surfaces (23, 26, 30, 31) of these three elements and roll there along tracks. The surfaces (30, 31) of the hand-screw part (20) are symmetric to one another so that approximately axially parallel contact points (A) are obtained there, while the track (27) of the supporting surface (26) of the nut (11) lies on a larger circumferential circle than the opposite track (25) of the pressure plate (15), as a result of which a rotary movement is transmitted to the nut (11) when the hand-screw part (20) is turned and the pressure plate (15) is stationary. Manual actuation without a tool for fastening a disc-shaped tool to a powered hand tool or for releasing it is therefore possible. IMAGE
