monoclonal antibody which binds preferentially to a subset of the population of humans to distinguish cd4 positive cells and include induction and inductive suppressor of assistants in the population of cd4 + cells.the monoclonal antibody recognized a new antigen expression on the cd4 + lymphocyte antigen on the surface of cd4 + cells. the population of cd4 + cell subset to which the antibody binds preferentially is the way of inducing cd4 + population of workers.this selectivity of the monoclonal antibody to sort cells, and to diagnostic and therapeutic applications. the monoclonal antibody reacted with cd8 cells, b cells and macrophages.
