摘要

The Fe-Cu sintered alloy is prepared by dry-mixing 0.1-0.9 wt.% P of 200 mesh Fe2P or Fe3P, 0.5-1.0 wt.% Zinc stearate and the remaining amount of 80 mesh Fe powder, press-moulding into the skeleton body of 10-30 % porosity, dry-mixing 325 mesh 2.0-4.0 wt.% Fe powder, 0.2-3.0 wt.% MgO and the remaining amount of 150 mesh Cu powder to make an infiltration body, putting the infiltration body on the skeleton body, heating at 500-700 deg.C under the reducing atmosphere for 5-30 minutes to remove lubricant, presintering at 950-1080 deg.C for 5-120 minutes, infilterating at 1090-1200 deg.C for 5-100 minutes. The alloy has a good impact towghness and a high density.
