The NAB equalizing circuit equalizes the frequency of reproduced audio and video signal using an integrated circuit. The NAB equalizing circuit comprises a voltage divider (1) for dividing input voltage, a voltage amplifier (2) for amplifying the divided voltages, a current amplifier and a transfer ratio controller (3) for converting and amplifying the divided voltages and for controlling the transfer ratio, and a capacitor for feeding the output signal of the current amplifier and the transfer ratio controller (3) back to the voltage divider (1).
