A MAKING METHOD OF FLUORESCENT PLATE IN BLACK AND WHITE BROWN TUBE

摘要

The fluorescent screen forming method of a black-and-white cathode ray tube comprises (A) injecting fluorescent particles- containing emulsion into a bulb and (B) settling the emulsion by rotating the bulb at 0-300 rpm, while moving it within 0-30 degrees against horizontal plate. The method can provide fluorescent film of uniform thickness on the screen of concave bulb and also improve the brightness of central and peripheral parts of cathode ray tube.
