摘要

A monoclonal antibody capable of recognising human acidic glutathione S transferase (GST) (esp. human placental acidic GST) is prepd. by: (1) immunising a suitable host (e.g. BALB/C mice) with human acidic GST and isolating antibody-producing cells; (2) forming a hybridoma of the antibody-producing cells with myeloma cells (e.g. myeloma P3-X63-Ag8-U1); (3) screening and culturing the hybridoma; (4) isolating the monoclonal antibody from the culture.
