Two adjacent sections of bar (4',5') are equipped with hooks (1',2') on their undersides and are linked together by a helical spring (12') which offers resistance to their sepn. by an actuating tool. They are positioned perpendicular to their direction of movement in a terminal block (7') with clearance (18) and have locking edges (16') inclined in the opening direction for cooperation with corresp. edges (17') of the block (7'). The hooks (1',2') are clipped to a supporting rail (3). The tool applied to the bars (4',5') causes the edges (16',17') to slide over each other and leave the hooks (1',2') free for disengagement.
