The main arm chamber (3) within a bellows (2) is surrounded by an auxiliary air chamber (5) having fixed walls (6-8). The inner wall (6) has suitable guidance and support properties for the bellows (2). The effective dia. is only insignificantly dependent on the bellows pressure. Pref. rigidity is adjusted by means of liq. filling the main air chamber (3) to a level (9, 10 or 11) detected by a depth instrument (22). The chambers (3, 5) are interconnected by a two/two-way magnetic valve (14). ADVANTAGE - Compact flat structure is achieved with auxiliary air chamber overlapping bellows, whose rigidity can be reduced.
