摘要
Hydraulic pump plungers ride in cylinders within the engine cylinders and are connected to the free engine pistons. Two valves with inlet pressure lines set axially on the engine cylinders have inserted nozzle valves and pressure lines screwed to the valves. A buffer charger with regulator for pressure should be fitted between engine cylinder (1) and free piston (2) to regulate pressure in the buffer charge spaces (P), and the flow equalisers for the pressure lines (8) should comprise respective compensating cylinder and divider piston (9) per free piston (2). The equalisers for the inlet pressure lines (7) comprises a single compensating cylinder (89) and divider piston (9), both equalisers supplemented by charge air regulator (80,85) for the two lines (8 and 7). A double-acting piston slide valve (81) in regulator (80) is loaded with pressure line fluid and with charging air (83) and connects to the compressed air entry (84) and charging air (84a) and also via channel to the charge air distributor connection. The regulator (85) has a piston slide valve with stepped piston which is linked by line (88) to the buffer charging air of the engine at pressure dictated by the piston speed and is loaded also by line (87) with the inlet pressure line compensating cylinder (89) charging air. The regulator (85) is also linked by channel to the connection for the buffer air distributor for incoming compressed air and outgoing charging air. USE/ADVNATAGE - Two-stroke IC engines. Flow equalised in all pump positions, irrespective of injection settings.
