A light-scattering sheet of safety glass has at least two transparent clear glass layers with a bonding layer between made of an organic-based resin/polymer contg. uniformly distributed light-scattering material which is transparent and clear and in the form of a separate liq. or solid phase, the particles of which have a different refractive index from that of the resin/polymer in which they are dispersed. The latter is also transparent and clear and is pref. polyvinyl-butyral, polyacrylic, polymethylmethacrylate, polyester, polyurethane or epoxide. The light-scattering particles are pref. at least partially PVC or glass or aliphatic silicone. ADVANTAGE - The total transmission of the prod. is high and remains constant within the temp. range of -40 to +130 deg. C.
