Thinning-out flowers or fruits on fruit trees - by mechanical intervention with comb-like tines

A method for thinning out fruit trees by reducing the number of flowers and/or fruits involves a mechanical intervention in the crown of the fruit tree (6), removing a randomly selected fraction of the flowers (10) directly and/or by shaking the tree (6). The mechanical intervention is done by a set of rotating comb-like tines. USE/ADVANTAGE - Allows simple thinning out of fruit trees without using chemicals.
