System for generating system energy from atmospheric winds - uses wind power generator tower with collection and equipment storey

The system generates useable energy from e.g. atmospheric air flows of changing direction and variable speeds. It uses a wind power intensifier (27), consisting of a tower with several storeys (2,3). These have approach flow columns (4) and plates (5) of adjustable throttles (6), of an agent storey (3), and vortex generators (17) of an equipment storey (2), to divide an incoming air flow. The agent storery has cylinders (13). These are connected via surfaces (14) to an underpressure distributor (12) below it, have an outlet opening (5) in a roof (10) of that storey, and a side intake opening to form the eye of a spiral. The equipment storey with distributor is located on a tower, and has tadial divider walls (8), to separate part wind flows. It also has vortex generators, rotors (20), generators (21), and e.g. consumers, and is connected to an electrical room (22) in the tower.
