Eccentric worm pump - has rotor having single path helix, and uses flexible layer on double path stator

Eccentric worm pump having a rigid rotor in the form of a single path helix and a double path stator. The stator is made up of a sleeve (1) using a high hardness metallic material. The outer surface (2) of the sleeve is cylindrical, whilst the inner surface (3) narrows conically from the suction side (4) to the pressure side (5), and is provided with a soft rubber elastic coating (6). ADVANTAGE - Pump in which the performance (delivery flow per time unit) does not degressively fall with an increasing delivery head.
