The central telescopic rod (1) comprises several sections (2) fitting one inside the other. At both ends of each section are ring nuts and inner screw threads (3). The nuts are screwed onto outer screw thread ends of the sections of the telescopic rod. The rod is connected to a hinge-type component (4) from which foldable arms extend, comprising similar sections to the rod. The angle between two adjacent sections can be adjusted and secured by the ring nuts and screw threads. When put to use, the central rod is fitted at the required site, and extended to the desired length, then to be secured by the hinge-type component. The arms are then folded outwards, bushes, branches and similar natural material placed on them, and a camouflage net is the positioned over everything.
