The screw cap (12) closure (10) with a warrantly ring (18) for a container neck with external arrest teeth has the ring joined to the open end of the screw cap (12) by axial arms (17). The ring inside has also arrest teeth (19) cooperating with the container teeth. The ring has at least one axial expansion slit (20) between each two adjacent arrest teeth.
