Electrophotographic photoreceptor has an electroconductive substrate with a laminated adhesive layer and then laminated photosensitive layer. The novelty is that the adhesive layer is based on (a) a resin (I) and P in an amt. of ca. 30-500 wt. ppm w.r.t. (I); or (b) PVA and 1.5-10 wt.% w.r.t. PVA of a B cpd. of formula (II). Pref. (I) is an epoxide resin. Layer (b) may also contain max 50% alcohol-soluble polyamide w.r.t. PVA. ADVANTAGE - The photoconductor has high sensitivity, good charging properties, low residual potential and little variation of these properties with environmental changes, hence always gives copies of good quality
