Process of synthesis of precursors of the molecular sieve of type silicoaluminophosphate by heating for = 100 grade (s) c under autogenous pressure of a reaction mixture containing the sources of silicon, aluminum, phosphorus and of fluoride anions in the presence of an organic structuring agent. The precursor obtained can be transformed into a molecular sieve by calcination. The molecular sieve of type silicoaluminophosphate are useful as adsorbents and catalysts for the transformation of hydrocarbons.
