Method for producing and production of a fatty nutrient oil containing chlorella algae

The food product based on a fatty oil containing chlorella is obtained from an exudate of powder, starting mixture, resulting from the addition of a concentrated exudate of an extract of chlorella algae in hot water and a concentrated exudate of an extract of fungi in hot water with a clathrate, which operation is followed by a mixing for clathrate formation and a drying, and a starting suspension resulting from the pulverisation of medicinal plants and of chlorella algae in the presence of vitamin E oil, are mixed homogenously with an edible fatty oil which may contain a lecithin which is optionally added, the oil suspension thus obtained being encapsulated in a soft capsule.
