An exudate of starting powder resulting from the addition of a concentrated exudate of an extract of chlorella algae in hot water with a clathrate, which operation is followed by a mixing for clathrate formation and by a drying, a starting powder exudate resulting from the addition of concentrated exudate of an extract of fungi in hot water with a clathrate, which operation is followed by a mixing for clathrate formation and by a drying, a starting suspension resulting from a pulverisation of a medicinal plant and of chlorella algae in the presence of vitamin E oil, are mixed homogenously with an edible fatty oil which may contain a lecithin which is optionally added, the oil suspension thus obtained being encapsulated in a soft capsule.
