The invention relates to a graft based on collagen and fibrin adhesive for osseocartilaginous reconstruction, and to the method for its preparation. The graft according to the invention is characterised in that it consists of a combination of a collagen matrix of a porous structure impregnated with a slow-setting fibrin adhesive, the proportions by volume of the fibrin adhesive relative to the collagen matrix being at least 1:4. Application in particular for osseocartilaginous reconstruction.
