MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY AGAINST MEMBRANE CYTOSKELETON PROTEINS

摘要

A monoclonal antibody being capable of specifically recognizing a protein belonging to a 36K family can be used in a method for identifying of quantitatively determining a protein belonging to a 36K family; such a monoclonal antibody can be produced by chemically synthesizing a peptide corresponding to an amino acid sequence at the N-end region of a protein belonging to the 36K family and collecting an antibody using as an antigen said peptide which may be optionally bound to a carriert.
